page-fitnessLake Jovita Fitness Programs, Group exercise classes, wellness programs, and instructional classes are just a few of the activities we offer.

Boot Camp: mixes traditional callisthenic and body weight exercises with interval and strength training to get you to your DREAM BODY! This class is for moderate to advanced level participants.

Power Yoga: will lengthen and tone muscles, strengthen your core, and define a sense of balance, both inside and out. Participants of all levels welcomed.

Total Body Workout: Classes will include one or more of the following workouts: Pilates, Flexibility Training, Strength Training, Resistance Band Workouts, and/or Exercise Ball Workouts. Each class will be different but will give you a total body workout. All ability levels welcome.
